Reporting Copyright Infringement

To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following information in writing:

DMCA Takedown Request Form

Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

1. Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24-48 hours
2. Promptly investigate the claim
3. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
4. Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
5. Provide counter-notification procedures if the user believes the removal was mistaken

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you reside

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, PSPKG has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
